Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact us.
Please use the same email address you used when purchasing to help us to look up your account and assist you with your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as we will have no way to match it to your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges as long as the item is still in brand new condition and has not been worn, altered, or customized in any way. Doesn't fit? Simply contact us for instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Customer pays return shipping costs. New product will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the original. Customer must pay any difference in cost including any shipping charges at our discretion. If customer fails to pay additional costs (if due), customer will receive a refund instead of exchange.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Items that are non-returnable include but are not limited to customized products, perishable goods, holiday themed items, or other cases where the product cannot be resold. Please do not include any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or other items with your shipment. Additionally we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards (valid for 1 year).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (except shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
